TRADERS WELCOME AT CINEOLOGY LIVE!

As was always the tradition at the previous Cult TV Festivals, we have a terrific deal on offer for all Traders who wish to be part of what we're up to over the weekend of 3-6 September 2010.

This is a very reasonable package for Traders, and here's why ...

The minimum cost for standard Classic attendees of Cineology is £199 per adult (or a minimum of £249 for single occupancy).

Now, let's say you, as a Trader, takes one table stand at £150.00 for the weekend.

Perhaps you decide to book in two people. This would cost £75.00 total for three nights' bed, breakfast and evening meal (£25 per person, per night). So that's £150.00 for two for the weekend. Total cost for two people and one table is £300.00. That's £98.00 LESS than if you had come along just as attendees, AND you get the evening entertainment included when the Traders Hall is shut.

Even a single person gets a better deal than just coming along as an attendee. One table costs £150.00. Weekend accommodation costs £75.00. Total cost £225.00. That's £24.00 LESS than if you'd been coming along as an attendee.

If you want more tables, well, the deals get even better. AND for every table you book, you can book in TWO people at the Trader Rates. So, a three table stand deal would see up to six staff coming along (and you could come to some arrangement with these assistants so that they contribute towards the costs - and they get a cheap route to attend Cineology Live!).

• 3 tables = £300 (on our "buy two get one table stand free" offer)
• 6 staff, three nights (including Evening Meals & Breakfast) = £450
• Total cost = £750 (£125.00 per person for table costs and accommodation/meals).

So, you are saving around £75.00 a person over the cost if everyone came along as attendees. Indeed, a smart trader could charge each person working for them that £125.00 each, in return for a couple of hours work a day. In consequence, the tables end up costing virtually nothing!

On that basis, we hope to see these stands go very quickly over the next few weeks.
